This leadership development program equips participants with the emotional intelligence and strategic tools needed to lead with authenticity, resilience, and purpose. Combining Daniel Goleman’s emotional intelligence framework with transformative leadership and talent management strategies, the program helps leaders navigate complexity, inspire others, and drive meaningful, performance-based growth across their teams and organizations.
The first part of the program focuses on Emotional Intelligence as a foundational leadership competency. Through evidence-based frameworks and experiential learning, leaders will develop practical strategies to enhance emotional agility, build stronger relationships, and lead with empathy, resilience, and authenticity—especially in times of pressure and change.
Building on this foundation, the second part of this program focuses on transformative leadership principles, guiding participants through the evolving nature of leadership, the shift from management to leadership, and the role of meaning and purpose in building resilient, value-centered leaders.
The final part of this program turns toward the strategic side of leadership—talent management. Participants will engage with the Congruence Model to better align organizational elements (tasks, structure, culture, and people) and gain actionable tools to navigate difficult conversations, manage performance, and coach for growth.
Together, these sessions empower leaders to lead with emotional intelligence, align people and purpose, and create environments where individuals and teams thrive.
