This program helps participants understand the behaviours involved in transformational leadership and discover how to use these behaviours to motivate, inspire, and influence those around them.
Participants will develop an understanding of the values and behaviours involved in transformational leadership, and how meaningful their impact can be on the team, their colleagues, and the organization as a whole.
